In large parks, families with toddlers struggle with heavy strollers and mid-visit fatigue, while traditional rental counters mean long queues, cash deposits and fixed return points. The client wanted an unattended shared-stroller solution — scan, ride, pay by time — with a remote console giving operations full visibility of every unit's location and condition.

Shared Stroller Mini-Program Solution Overview

Juhui Software delivered a hardware-software-cloud IoT system covering a WeChat mini program, on-board smart locks, docking stations and a cloud operations console. Parents scan a QR code at the park entrance to unlock a stroller and return it at any connected station, settling by duration automatically. The console centrally manages vehicle records, station distribution, battery and fault status, producing rental heat maps and turnover reports that guide station densification and fleet deployment, delivered end to end by our team with ten years of IoT custom development experience.

Technical Architecture Highlights

Each stroller carries a low-power smart lock reporting heartbeats over dual-mode 4G Cat.1 and NB-IoT, with a Bluetooth handshake between lock and dock guaranteeing accurate return confirmation. The cloud platform ingests the fleet over MQTT with second-level command delivery. The mini program integrates WeChat Pay and Pay Score deposit-free rental, with a strict order state machine and payment reconciliation preventing lost orders or double charges; a multi-tenant backend isolates each scenic area.

Launch Results & Data

The system runs stably across multiple parks and malls. Rental is fully scan-to-go, cross-station returns have lifted convenience markedly, and the built-in GPS keeps vehicle recovery near 100%, while low-battery auto-dispatch has cut field maintenance labor. Dashboard insights helped the client densify stations ahead of holiday peaks, driving per-stroller daily turnover and peak-season revenue well above launch levels — the client has since ordered a second fleet batch and expanded to more scenic areas.
