Used Oil Recycling Mini-Program
Used oil recycling mini-program with scan-to-order, volume detection and full hazardous-waste tracing.
Project Background & Client Needs
The client is a licensed hazardous-waste recycling company serving hundreds of auto-repair shops. Used engine oil is strictly regulated: transfer manifests, electronic ledgers and accurate measurement are all mandatory. The old paper-and-phone workflow suppressed shop participation, made collection volumes volatile, and cost heavily in retro-filled ledgers during inspections. They needed a digital recycling mini program managing the entire chain — order creation, on-site measurement, settlement and compliance ledgers.
Used Oil Recycling Mini-Program Solution Overview
Juhui Software developed a used-oil recycling and volume-detection mini-program system with a shop-facing mini program, a collector workbench and an enterprise console. Repair shops scan a dedicated QR code to raise a collection order; collectors arrive, measure volume on site with detection tools, capture photo records, and the system converts weight automatically into points and settlement. The full hazardous-waste flow forms an electronic ledger aligned with transfer-manifest compliance. The console aggregates volumes and shop points by region, driving steady supply through a points mall and tiered rewards.
Core Feature Modules
- Scan-to-create orders — shops scan their dedicated code to book a pickup, auto-linked to profiles and history.
- On-site volume detection — calibrated tools measure on site with automatic data upload, ending estimation disputes.
- Photo evidence — detection and loading are photographed, keeping every order traceable.
- Volume-based points settlement — volume converts to weight and points automatically, transparent and instant.
- Hazardous-waste e-ledger — transfer, warehousing and outflow all logged, aligned with transfer-manifest rules.
- Regional dashboards — volume, points and activity by region and shop guide logistics scheduling.
Technical Architecture Highlights
Detection tools connect to the collector workbench over Bluetooth, uploading measurements to the cloud in real time and binding them to orders; a calibration-management interface keeps instrument data trustworthy for compliance. The settlement engine converts volume into points using daily oil prices and oil categories, with settlement statements and the electronic ledger generated from the same data source to prevent mismatches. The ledger module follows transfer-manifest standards and exports inspection-ready reports; the mini program supports offline order creation in weak-network garages with automatic backfill on reconnect.
Launch Results & Data
Since launch, on-site volume detection has fully replaced eyeball estimates, making collection data accurate and credible for the first time — settlement disputes have essentially vanished. The electronic ledger has carried the client through multiple regulatory inspections, slashing compliance costs. Volume-based points and regional dashboards energized shop participation: monthly collection keeps climbing and active shops continue to grow. Collectors' daily processed orders per head rose markedly, and the client has since extended the system to two new waste streams — used batteries and used filters.
